Marriage License in Missouri

How to get your marriage license:

Once you walk up the stairs and into the building, you are looking for Room 102, it's in the back and to your left. Both parties must be present with your drivers license and proof of your social security number (birth certificate). The cost is $51 and they only take cash. Although you'll probably want to make sure you have $60 since they will ask you if you want to pay $9 to have your completed license sent back to you after the wedding. You have to wait 3 days to go back and pick the license, only one person has to go this time. The license is then good for 30 days.

Other Helpful Websites

For you brides who have not checked out The Knot, this is a must! You register and enter your wedding date. It counts down how many days until and gives you a detailed checklist of what should be done up to that point. You can enter your budget information and put in due dates for payments. But the tool I found most helpful was the guestlist manager. You enter all addresses, number in the party invited, whether or not they've rsvp'ed or if you received a gift from them for the shower. So not only did it help with addressing all of those invitations, but helped me keep track of thank you cards as well.
